Bog beauty - Our 5 yo walked 6 miles in them last weekend without any complaints or blisters (about the shoes anyway.) ;-) Today they really got a workout - winter in England. Every field for 4 miles was water-logged while every dip, gate, and stile was a bog. We came home covered with mud and unrecognizable hiking boots looking like they all need a high-pressure hose! We'll wait until they dry tomorrow and hopefully brush it all off...Our 5 yo had completely dry, clean socks and feet. Hooray for these high hiking boots and GORE-TEX. I initially flinched at the price but they proved their worth today.
