Christmas present for oldest son. Logohoo.com provided an exceptional price and had the product that was desired. Our son gave us a magazine color page that depicted the boot that he wanted. While in his attempt to let us know the style of boot that he desired, he circled the item with a magic marker that obscured the product number. We ordered, what we thought was the boots he desired, from Logohoo.com, because we were unable to find it in the Omaha retail market. The boots arrived quickly, well within the shipping arrangements made on line. The boots were wrapped and placed under the tree. On Christmas day, we discovered that these were not the boots that he wanted. He and I went on line and reordered the desired boots from Logohoo, followed the instruction provided on line, returned the first pair of Frye boots, and within a few days following Christmas, my oldest son had the Frye boots that he desired. All this was done with free shipping. We then received notice that our first order had been credited back to our account. Everyone was happy. Altogether a very nice experience.
