Almost perfect -- *IF** your feet will stay in the shoes! I was dying to get these shoes for over a year, and a finally ordered them in the platino. Absolutely gorgeous and generally quite comfortable. However, I found that with only the ankle strap and the little strap across the toes holding my foot in the shoe, walking was going to be a problem. I could immediately tell my foot would be falling out of the shoe constantly. Sounded like an ankle-breaking hazard! Even one more strap slightly up from the single strap would have done the trick. So, after all that dreaming of this shoe, they're headed back to Logohoo. I'm glad that part was easy!

All-around climbing shoe - The Katana is a great shoe for all-around climbing. I had a pair of Mad Rocks that were a 42 ?. They felt small and squeezed my feet too much, eventually cutting off the circulation. The Katanas I got are a 42 and fit like a charm. They go on and come off with great ease. The rubber sticks to basalt perfectly. The toe is aggressive and the rest of the shoe works out great all the way to the heel. I would definitely recommend this shoe to climbers.

All Chacos Rock - Just the best at what they do. I have the Z/2 Terrano sandal as well - just the best - oddly enough the Z/2 sandals seem to have slightly narrower straps than the other models - I always have to order between 1 and 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear, or else they are too long. Same was true for the flip flops. I normally wear between a 10.5 and 11 depending on brand. I order size 10 in all Chaco's. Perfect fit.
